Hi! I'm Erica
I am a Board Certified Functional Health Practitioner, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Certified Functional Medicine Health Consultant, as well as the owner of Resilience Functional Nutrition. Resilience Functional Nutrition was founded on a genuine desire to help individuals understand their health and how various lifestyle factors impact their well-being and ability to thrive. My education is based on the principles of functional medicine, which prioritize finding the root causes of disease and dysfunction rather than just focusing on the symptoms of bodily imbalance.
