A.I.P Meal Delivery Service:
-
Urban AIP—Meals are designed by an AIP-certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. Meals are core AIP compliant. They use grass-fed meats, wild-caught seafood and fats, seasonings, organic fruits, and non-GMO veggies. Because of potential BPA cross-reactivity, they even package their meals in plant-based, compostable, and oven-safe trays, adding a protective layer of unbleached parchment paper between the food and the trays' lidding film! Talk about going the extra mile. Oh, and the food is excellent, too! (This meal service is our top choice!)
-
Paleo On The Go- Offers AIP and Whole 30-approved meals. The meals focus on sustainable proteins, prioritize organic produce when possible, and use Clean 15 when organic isn't available. They are core AIP compliant. There is less variety, and the packaging is BPA-free plastic. The food is good, although there are more higher-sodium meals than we would like to see offered.

Earthing.com— Clint Ober’s authentic earthing products, including mats, sheets, pillowcases and covers.
”The earth beneath your feet provides food and water. It gives you a surface to sit, stand, walk, run, swim, climb, play, and build on. It also provides you with something very surprising—electrons. When you touch the ground with your bare feet or body, the electrons flow into you. This is called being “grounded.” -earthing.com.

LifePro Rejuvawrap Infrared Sauna Blanket—Instead of steam or flame-stoked heat, infrared saunas use infrared lamps and electromagnetic magic to create warmth. This process allows infrared saunas to operate at a lower temperature while still providing therapeutic benefits. Studies show that infrared saunas can help boost heart health and reduce blood pressure. Researchers equated the physical response of an infrared sauna session to walking at a moderate pace. Some potential benefits from infrared sauna use;
-
Soothing sore muscles- The improved blood circulation brought on by an infrared sauna session can help speed up muscle recovery following physical activity. Regular use may even help athletes improve performance.
Pain relief—Researchers found that infrared sauna therapy “may be a promising method for treatment of chronic pain.” The determination followed a two-year study in which people showed improved outcomes with the treatment.
Relaxation- Warming your body seems to warm your soul, too. Setting aside some sauna time may help decrease depression, anxiety, and stress. Basically, think of it as a meditation session in warmer temperatures.
Catching ZZZs- A bonus benefit to being more relaxed? Better sleep, which has also been linked to sauna use.
-
Ice Bath/Cold Plunge—Research indicates that icy water may positively affect recovery after exercise by reducing inflammation and soreness. It also may help build resiliency, restore balance to the nervous system, and improve cognitive function and mood. A cold plunge, also known as cold water immersion, involves submerging yourself in cold water at about 50°F (10°C) or less for 30 seconds to a few minutes. If you have any type of heart condition, talk to your Dr before trying a cold plunge.
