Courses

4-Week On-Your-Own

Our 4-week self-paced courses are designed to cover specific topics that you can learn about and work through at your own pace. Each course includes educational materials, helpful tips, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and bonus content. Over the course of four weeks, you will receive weekly emails containing links to the materials for that week, which can be downloaded, saved, and printed. In the first week, you will receive your course packet containing essential information about the course topic. It is important to read this before starting on the meal plan and any bonuses for that week. We recommend printing your journal to track your progress throughout the course.

 

Your first week will begin on the Monday following your registration and will continue each Monday for the next three weeks.

 

As you progress through the four-week course, if you have any questions or need support, please do not hesitate to email me. I will respond within 24 hours.
