We use Practice Better because it fully complies with HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA, and GDPR regulations, and it offers a high level of patient protection and security.

Initial Consultation

After your discovery call and once you've decided to

work with us, the next step is to schedule the

initial consultation appointment.

 

We'll send you a client information packet containing intake questionnaires before the appointment. (Please complete and return these before the appointment to ensure we are prepared for it.) 

 

During the appointment, we'll review the completed questionnaires with you, discuss your personal and medical history, address your current concerns, identify your priorities, and establish clear goals for our future sessions.

This carefully curated program is not just another wellness course. It's a holistic journey designed to enrich your understanding of dietary wisdom, help you engage in meaningful physical activity, teach you how to handle stress and build resilience, and guide you into embracing mindfulness and emotional wellness. It's about nourishing your body, moving with purpose, achieving balance, and creating deep connections with yourself and your environment.

 

In this fast-paced world, self-care can often take a back seat. The 'Thrive'  program is designed to empower you, equipping you with tools, techniques, and strategies that create lasting, impactful change.

 

Note that this program is a small group (up to 8 participants only). All class materials will be provided, including a notebook, pen, pencil, course journal, recipes, and educational handouts.
